This patient had a severe fall where she injured her shoulder and hit her jaw. Fortunately her jaw was not fractured but, her lower arch and teeth began to shift forward. Her current dental work was also about 30 years old so we removed the damaged teeth and replaced her crowns which gave her a more acceptable bite and smile.
